30 Minute Ashiatsu Massage Therapy

Service Description

Ashiatsu is a Japanese massage modality that uses foot pressure to achieve a broader, deeper pressure. This technique utilizes two bars above the table to stabalize the therapist as they walk on the table, using their feet to glide across the muscles in a way that is easier on the practitioners body, making it so up to 100% of the therapist body weight may be used to relax muscle tension.
