Ashiatsu Massage Therapy

Ashiatsu is a Japanese massage modality that uses foot pressure to achieve a broader, deeper pressure. This technique utilizes two bars above the table to stabalize the therapist as they walk on the table, using their feet to glide across the muscles in a way that is easier on the practitioners body, making it so up to 100% of the therapist body weight may be used to relax muscle tension
Integrative Massage Therapy (Non-Ashiatsu)

This style of massage combines swedish, deep tissue, and other styles of massage such as trigger point therapy. Hands, forearms, and elbows are used to create a massage custom to what your body needs.
Cupping Therapy

Working with the fascial system in the body, cupping assists in moving oxygen-rich blood into muscles that need it and helps muscles and tendons move easier in the body. This modality is great for mobilizing scar tissue and stiff muscles.
