Ashiatsu Massage Therapy

Ashiatsu is a Japanese massage modality that uses foot pressure to achieve a broader, deeper pressure. This technique utilizes two bars above the table to stabalize the therapist as they walk on the table, using their feet to glide across the muscles in a way that is easier on the practitioners body, making it so up to 100% of the therapist body weight may be used to relax muscle tension
Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Smooth stones are heated and then used to warm up the tissues to allow deeper access to the muscles. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Prenatal Massage Therapy

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Non-Ashiatsu Massage Therapy

This style of massage combines swedish, deep tissue, and other styles of massage such as trigger point therapy. Hands, forearms, and elbows are used to create a massage custom to what your body needs.
Cupping Therapy

Working with the fascial system in the body, cupping assists in moving oxygen-rich blood into muscles that need it and helps muscles and tendons move easier in the body
